2024 Declare Community Fund Application

OVERVIEW: Declare Community Fund grants are aimed to support faith-based organizations with a collaborative spirit in the greater Miami Valley region. Grants for this round are herein designed for churches and nonprofit organizations to serve those in need and for capacity-building through community transformation.

The Declare Community Fund is designed for individuals, programs, operations, partnerships and for the capacity building of nonprofits and churches. The current funding is available for those who impact mental & behavior health and physical & relational wellbeing in the specified geographic area. The maximum individual award amount for this round of funding is up to $10,000 per request.

Required Documents for Non-Profits and Churches must be sent directly to communityfund@declare.org. Please include the organization or church name on the application documents. Required documents:

  1. Evidence of active Nonprofit status

  2. Certificate of “Good Standing” - Click Here

  3. Sources and Uses Budget for the afore-described project/activity
