BOARD CHAIR

Kirk is the Pastor of Global Outreach at Fairhaven Church in Dayton, Ohio. He has been involved in ministry for over 4 decades around the world, which includes serving in Bolivia, Canada, Kentucky and now Ohio. Kirk has demonstrated his ability to convene pastors, business professionals, and city leaders in Dayton for over two decades. He enjoys leveraging his extensive network of pastors and marketplace leaders to bring them together for the common good to serve the marginalized and underserved in our communities.

TREASURER

Jay was born and raised in Dayton, OH and is a Business Banker at KeyBank. He attends church at Phillips Temple in Trotwood, OH where he also provides financial literacy to local youth and young adults. He believes that once we take the time to listen to one another in love, we will be effective in our efforts to make our world, country, state, city and communities better.

SECRETARY

Stacie brings a passionate heart for service and community outreach. She accepted Christ as a teenager and has since been dedicated to sharing His love with others, regardless of their circumstances. Stacie is happily married and is a proud mother of 3 and grandmother to 6. She and her husband are active members of Faircreek Church, serving with children and small groups. Stacie serves as the Director of Food Service & Events at the Dayton Kroc Center. In this role, she combines her love for people and hospitality, creating opportunities to minister through meals, events, and joyful gatherings that reflect God’s love to individuals and families across the community.

Rev. Joshua Ward is the Senior Pastor of Omega Baptist Church in Dayton, Ohio, where he has served in various ministerial capacities, including Youth Pastor and Assistant to the Pastors since June 2010. In addition to his work at the church, Rev. Ward also served the residents of Dayton as the Senior Civil Rights Investigator for the City of Dayton Human Relations Council from 2012 to 2018. He is a proud graduate of Morehouse College with his B.A. with honors in Business Marketing and Spanish and later earned his J.D. from the University Of Cincinnati College of Law in 2010. Joshua received a call to ministry during his legal education and received his M.Div. from United Theological Seminary in 2014.

Tim Bete is a community development consultant focusing on affordable housing development, social determinants of health, organizational development, and strategic planning. He held senior roles at St. Mary Development Corporation for 18 years, including 11 years as president. Before St. Mary Development, Tim was the National Marketing Manager at the University of Dayton, where he led communication efforts for the University’s image and fundraising campaigns, including a $150 million fundraising campaign.  Tim attends Ascension Catholic Church in Kettering. He and his wife have four adult children.

Natalia Chase serves as Executive Director of Unified, a gospel-centered nonprofit based in Columbus, Ohio, working to foster statewide unity among youth through prayer, worship, and collaborative service. Her heart is to create simple, consistent spaces where believers can seek Jesus together and love their neighbors well. Unified partners with churches, schools, and local organizations to support youth-led gatherings (around Jesus’ prayer for oneness in John 17:21), encourage everyday discipleship, and equip volunteers. She’s also a longtime vocal coach, worship leader, songwriter, and curriculum creator, using music as a pathway for formation and connection. Natalia is honored to join the Declare Board and hopes to contribute with a listening posture, a servant’s heart, and a steady commitment to prayer. She and her family are grateful to be part of what God is doing in Ohio.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Caleb Ingram is passionate about seeing lives changed and cities and communities revived with hope through Jesus Christ! After working in local church ministry for a number of years, he has now been serving full-time with Declare since 2016 to unite the body of Christ to worship and serve together. He loves family adventures with his wife and daughters and prays that through both their family and ministry people will see and encounter Jesus!

MINISTRY DIRECTOR

Marcy Walker is the Ministry Director at Declare and a core team member of Unify Dayton. A Dayton native, she is passionate about seeing her hometown thrive as the “Gem City” once again. With years of leadership experience in discipleship, missions, and outreach, Marcy carries a vision of churches uniting to bring healing and transformation to local communities.

BUSINESS MANAGER

Wes McDonald has a passion for reaching the broken and equipping believers to walk in their God-given identity. Wes serves as Associate Pastor and Worship Leader at Valley Rock Church. Married for nine years, to his wife Kalie they both remain active in evangelism and outreach across Dayton and also serve with Dear Dinah Ministries. His greatest joy is raising his two children, Emmaus and Eden, to be mighty in the Kingdom. 

PRAYER COORDINATOR

Joe Koenig is on his third career in his faith journey. He served in the Air Force and then after a full career went on to teach ten years in public schools and two years as a missionary associate overseas. In retirement he is an active supporter of several organizations, including Soul Winners for Jesus Christ, Miami Valley City Gates Ministry and Declare. He currently is a Deacon at Bethel Christian Assembly in Dayton.

MEDIA DIRECTOR

Antonio Jones is lead by his desire to spread hope and joy through storytelling for the Kingdom. He believes that Christian creatives, craft compelling narratives that inspire, uplift, and connect people with the love of God. He currently is the founder and CEO of Omnivisuals, a media production company, driven by a heart for creativity and a mind for strategy, to help ministries and organizations share their message with the world. He desires to insert his business & social skills into the advancement of Declare’s community and the body of Christ.

MINISTRY COORDINATOR

Stephon Watts is passionate about seeing the body of Christ become reunified and shape our cities and communities through Jesus Christ! He has worked in a variety of areas from the medical field and the military to pastoring and traveling worldwide doing worship music. He loves to be outside, hates the cold, and is deemed a food critic by his friends. He is currently the program director of LIfeWise Dayton. Above all he prays that everyone he encounters gets a glimpse of the Kingdom and while his name may fade that everyone remembers the name Jesus.
